Three-year-old Lydia and her family have been working with
Home Service Program Nurse Laura Kelley in Erie since 2022.
Laura helps the Baers with resources to manage Lydia’s
Baraitser-Winter syndrome, intestinal failure, and
developmental delays.
A letter from Lydia’s father states:
“This has helped us start the process of getting things for
Lydia that we can not afford. She has also helped us find
contacts for organizations that we did not know existed. We
are early into the program and are excited for the help. It
relieves so many burdens.”
