Deb Penn is an experienced nurse who has been dedicated to the Elks Home Service Program for over eight years. She covers Philadelphia, Bucks, Lehigh, Montgomery, and Northampton Counties. When asked why she loves her job, Deb answered, “The best thing is that you get to do things in nursing that you don’t get to do in other nursing positions.”
