Our Honored Child of the Year for 2022-2023 is four-year-old Charlotte Biddle. Charlotte and her grandmother have been receiving support from Elks Nurse Carol Przybocki since Charlotte was six months old. Although unable to attend the 2022 March for Home Service, Charlotte and her grandma met with us to tell the story of their journey and how the Home Service Program has assisted in helping to keep Charlotte healthy and happy.
